Must have completed Put on clothes.

Description

"Maybe the Inn Keeper downstairs knows something about your stein. She was drinking a lot with you yesterday."

Quest Walkthrough

Head west from the Cleaning Lady, and then down, to find the stairs. Walk down these.

Exit the stairs and move east, then talk to the Inn Keeper to complete the quest.
