Must have completed Bring Karekin Rudyard his pitchfork.

Quest Walkthrough

Exit the Farm House and follow the path right, going past the well, then up slightly, then continuing right. Janus Hammer is stood by a bunch of boxes, just after the path dips down slightly.

Talk to Janus to complete the quest.
